All our supported living accommodation is managed to ensure that our friendly, highly-trained staff have the time and space to deliver affordable, high-quality individual care.
While each of our residential units has its own style and facilities, each one offers its residents comfort, security and the support they need.
Our Supported Living homes offers an independent lifestyle within the community, but with help from our experienced and skilled support workers to do the things you may be struggling to cope with on your own. This could be anything from helping you to get out of bed, getting to the shops, managing housework or keeping on top of your finances and personal care.
Most supported living homes are shared by 2 or 3 adults, and we will always make sure that you feel comfortable with the people you will be living with. It’s typically a less supervised form of support than a residential home, and feels more like having your own place.
You’ll also be able to plan your own transition into the accommodation with our support team, making for a positive experience as you adjust to your new home.
Our homes centres on individual needs and focuses on developing independence, person-centred life skills, communication, social skills and individual choice.
Everyone deserves a home to feel proud of. But our supported living isn’t just about modern, homely surroundings. It’s about providing support that fits seamlessly around you, with uniquely rewarding relationships that will help to build your confidence and independence.
